The Master in Complex Systems Engineering (MISC) in Calais is a two-year graduate program offered by the École d’Ingénieur du Littoral Côte d’Opale (EILCO). The MISC Master’s degree aims to train future professional executives capable of specifying, designing and implementing, for the industrial or academic world, skills in the fields of modeling, simulation, computer science and analysis of complex systems. This training allows students to acquire solid theoretical and practical skills. His multidisciplinary approach involves applied mathematics, computer science, signal processing and data analysis. It covers scientific areas in which modelling, simulation as well as data analysis and machine learning play a central role.
The holder of the Master’s degree is able to carry out high-level technical and scientific multidisciplinary missions in the fields related to:
- Modeling and machine learning
- Mathematical engineering
- Computer science
- Numerical and scientific computing, optimization
- Signal processing
- Data Analytics, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence

Master’s Degree in Seafood Safety (SESAME) in Boulogne-sur-Mer
This master’s degree, led by EILCO, aims to train executives in the field of seafood safety to hold research positions in agri-food companies or to continue their studies with a doctorate in the field. This master’s degree is part of the training offer of the IFSEA Graduate School of Research (EUR) located in Boulogne-Sur-Mer.
