The objective of the École d’Ingénieurs du Littoral Côte d’Opale (EIL Côte d’Opale) is to train general engineers experienced in innovative techniques in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering and in Agri-food.
The main mission of EIL Côte d’Opale is to provide the national and international economic fabric with the highly trained engineers it needs and will need.
The School, in collaboration with the professional community, aims to :
– Initial engineering training, including apprenticeship and work-study training,
– Continuing education,
– The development and promotion of research and technology,
– Technological transfer and innovation in collaboration with the industrial world,
– The professional integration of future engineers by developing relationships with companies,
– National and international cooperation.
The EIL Côte d’Opale is a public institution of higher technical education created in September 2010.
The diploma is recognized by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieurs (CTI).
In the Engineering Cycle, EIL Côte d’Opale offers four specialities :
– “Computer Science” speciality on the Calais campus,
– “Industrial Engineering” speciality on the Saint-Omer campus,
– “Energy and Environmental Engineering” speciality on the Dunkerque campus,
– “Agri-food” speciality on the Boulogne-Sur-Mer campus.
Entry into the School can be done :
– Either directly in the Engineering Cycle on one of the four campuses,
– Or in the Integrated Preparatory Cycle on the Calais and Dunkerque campuses.
